Cloyna State School is nestled amongst the rolling hills and pastures of the Cloyna township. Our school has three teaching blocks, an old church which has been beautifully restored to use as a library, an administration block, a new toilet block and undercover play areas. Plus we have a multipurpose court that is fully undercover. We also have an oval, playground and nature bush area.
Our school has a small kitchen and garden areas. We grow vegetables, fruits, herbs and we have fruit trees in our orchard. Our students often cook and bake with our staff to learn about healthy eating and food production. Connecting to our farming/agriculture community is important to our school.
Cloyna State School has been involved with the
“Pick of Crop” Queensland Government Program since 2023.
